TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

HydroFLOW Nigeria, LLC (“HydroFLOW”) offers a two-year limited warranty to its customers (“you”) against defects in materials or workmanship in any HydroFLOW product (the “Product”) and its component parts, subject to the following terms and conditions. If the Product or any of its parts fails within the first two years, HydroFLOW or its representative will repair or replace the Product at no charge. To qualify for this warranty, you must provide proof of proper installation and evidence that the Product is not functioning as warranted.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage to the Product caused by improper installation, power surges, water leaks resulting from limescale or biofilm removal, misuse, abuse, or force majeure events such as floods or earthquakes. Regular inspection of plumbing systems is advised to ensure water-tight compression joints.

Claim Process:
To make a claim under this warranty, email HydroFLOW or the authorized dealer/vendor from whom you purchased the Product. Include: (i) a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase, (ii) evidence of proper installation, (iii) a description of the issue(s) with the Product, and (iv) pictures showing the issue(s) with the Product and surrounding area. A HydroFLOW representative will review your claim within 10 business days to coordinate repair or replacement, or request further information.

Limitations:
Warranty claims are limited to the original purchase price or repair/replacement cost. HydroFLOW is not liable for water leaks or damage caused by limescale or biofilm removal. The warranty requires proper use with an adequate surge protection device. HydroFLOW is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages arising from Product defects. HydroFLOW reserves the right to determine claim validity and remedy.

Warning:
Biofilm release is inherent to the HydroFLOW Product. It is recommended to use suitable filtration to prevent released biofilm from reaching end-users. HydroFLOW is not liable for biofilm reaching end-users due to inadequate filtration.

General Disclaimer:
Except as stated herein, HydroFLOW makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance guarantees are limited to those specified above. No HydroFLOW agent, representative, or employee is authorized to make additional warranties or guarantees regarding its Products.

Applicable Law:
This warranty is valid only in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, superseding applicable state laws to the extent permitted by law. Additional rights may apply based on your state of residence.

All Sales Final:
All sales are considered final after purchase.
